Engineering Tools

For tools PT. Geptronika Sentosa Utama has tools for certified calibration, our calibration tools are very accurate and reliable because every year we are always updated and we are certified in the metrology directorate Bandung. So the tools we use for calibration at the field are very reliable and can be proven with certificates.
Some of the tools we have for calibration include :

1. DRY-BLOCK TEMPERATUR CALIBRATORS AMATEK Jofra CTC 155

The JOFRA AMETEK CTC-155 dry-block calibrators has been designed for much easier true temperature calibration in the field, leading to reliable results. The simple operation and the automatic functions have been carefully selected for ease of use. This has resulted in a faster. With dry block we can calibrate temperature more accurately. Usually we use a dry block for sensor calibration temperature transmitter.

2. Cropico 00x Series Decade Resistance Boxes

High Accuracy and wide ranging from 0.001 ohm to 11 Mega ohm, in a compact lightweight metal case. Some models employ the Waidner Wolf technique to eliminate the errors switch contact resistance and are particularly suited to Pt100 simulation with resolution as low as 0.001 ohm (» 0.0025°C). PT. Geptronika Sentosa Utama uses a decade box to calibrate the Temperature Transmitter and is used as a sensor transmitter simulation. by using decade box resistance work becomes faster and easier.

3. 475 Field Communicator ( HARTCOM )

Hartcom is one of the most important parts of the calibration tool. the point is to calibrate a device. such as transmitter calibration, and is used to adjust transmitter values and can be used also for injectors, or can be used for 4-20mA simulations. Hartcom is a calibration tool that must be owned by an EPICI company and PT. Geptronika Sentosa Utama has a Hartcom.

4. Digital Pressure Gauge Additel 681

This is a digital pressure gauge that we usually use to calibrate a pressure transmitter or a pressure gauge. this tool has been certified. so we use this additel 681 digital pressure gauge for comparison. We compare the value of a pressure transmitter with a certified digital pressure.

5. AMETEK T620 Hydraulic Hand Pump

Ametek T-620H 0-3000 psi Hydraulic Hand Pump is small, lightweight and portable. The T-620H features a transparent reservoir to easy view of the test fluid. The pump is compatible with petroleum-based oils or hydraulic fluids. The reference gauge is mounted on the body manifold with a swivel fitting for easy viewing. A vernier adjustment allows for precisely control pressure. A vent valve is provided for quick and positive shut-off and pressure release. The pump is equipped with a 24 in (60.95 cm) rubber hose with 1/4 in NPT connector and 1/4 in BSP adapter for connecting to the instrument-under-test. Hand pump is used as a pressure simulation. hand pump makes it easier to calibrate the pressure transmitter.

6. Fluke 787 Process Meter

The Fluke 787 ProcessMeter combines a DMM and a Loop Calibrator in one rugged, handheld tool, for about what you would expect to pay for a loop calibrator alone. It's a maintenance and calibration tool that will be at home in every instrumentation technician's tool box. Based on the trusted Fluke 87 DMM, the 787 adds the ability to measure, source, and simulate dc loop current with 1 microamp resolution and 0.05% accuracy. It puts a complete solution for troubleshooting and calibrating current loop applications in the palm of your hand so you can get more information, faster and easier.
So if you're tired of having to track down a calibrator, lugging around two tools, and switching back and forth, get the convenient solution for doubling your power.  For fluke we usually use to measure 4-20mA current and our tools has been certified.
